1. What is the refund or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept any refunds or exchanges.
However, if you have unfortunately received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and information on the ordered item(s) and we will follow up accordingly.
Please do not discard defective items as we will need to collect them back.
2. Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship domestically within Singapore only.
3. What are your delivery options?
We currently offer 2 delivery options in Singapore, with order tracking services.

Next Day Delivery* (Within 1 business day)
*Only available upon request. Top-up of delivery charges is applicable.
Deliveries are made between Monday to Friday from 10am – 7pm (GMT+8).
4. What do I do if I have not received my order?

5. Can I make changes to my order after it has been confirmed?
We regret to inform you that once an order has been paid and confirmed, you are unable to amend your order.
